FINDING FRANK, directed by Joona Sarisalmi”Finding Frank is a story of an 18-year-old-boy called Jussi and his journey to the brink of an adulthood. Jussi’s godfather Ville invites Jussi to visit him with the intention to teach Jussi the meaning of responsibility and self-assurance. Against Jussi’s will he finds himself in a situation, where modern-day temptations and fears occur in the streets of a small town.”

 The movie is about hope that can make you get through tough times in life. The movie is a heartwarming drama about an entrepreneurial family and their everyday struggles in the midst of the 90’s recession in Finland. The business is going bad and the money is not enough to support the family. Even the Christmas holiday at the grandmother’s living far away is at risk. The mother of the family keeps on believing that things will work out as the father is already losing hope for a better future.”

”A Story of Memories, love and letting go. There are two great loves in the life of old Aleksi: his wife Saila and The Camera.
